In order to provide you with the products and services offered, KINDER Messenger may collect personally identifiable information, such as your:

Account Details


How This Data Is Collected/Used

Registration Information: When adults sign up for the app, we may collect information such as their name, email address, age and password. This is used to allow users to login to their account, verify the user's age and account ownership, and to facilitate communications between KINDER Messenger and the user.

Profile Information: User profile information is provided by the user (Name, Profile Picture, Username) and is shown to their friends so that friends can know who they are communicating with. Parents have the option to create a profile for their child, which may include the child's name, age, profile picture, and other optional details. The child's profile information is only shared with contacts approved by the parent.

Location Information: Parents have the ability to enable an optional location tracking feature for their child. When the parent enables this feature, the child can elect to have their precise location tracked and shared with their parents while using the app or at all times.

Friends and Contacts

How This Data Is Collected/Used

Users can invite and connect with other users via the app. The list of pending invitations created by a user is stored in order to ensure that invitations are only used once. The list of friends (contacts) with whom the user has connected are stored for the purpose of providing the service and ensuring that users only communicate with approved contacts. Adults manage and approve the friends that their child is allowed to communicate with through the app. Children can only communicate with the list of friends approved by their parent. Parents have the ability to access and manage their children's list of friends (contacts) in order to monitor and safeguard their children's conversations.

Content and Communications

How This Data Is Collected/Used

We may collect and store messages including text, photos, images, stickers, reactions, videos, and other content exchanged between users within the app. Images may include content provided via the user's Camera or Camera Roll features, for example when sending a photograph to a friend (contact).

Children can only communicate with the list of friends approved by their parent. Parents have the ability to access and manage content sent and received by their child in order to safeguard their children's conversations.



We do not collect any personal information about you unless you voluntarily provide it to us.
However, you may be required to provide certain personal information to us when you elect to use certain products or services. These may include: (a) registering for an account; (b) entering a sweepstakes or contest sponsored by us or one of our partners; (c) signing up for special offers from selected third parties; (d) sending us an email message; (e) submitting your credit card or other payment information when ordering and purchasing products and services. To wit, we will use your information for, but not limited to, communicating with you in relation to services and/or products you have requested from us. We also may gather additional personal or non-personal information in the future.

Usage Information: We may collect information about how parents and their children use the app, including the features they use, the content they access, and their interactions within the app.

Device Information: We may collect information about the device(s) used to access the app, such as the device type, operating system, and unique device identifiers.

KINDER Pets AI Policy: Kinder pets are powered by the OpenAI API. Any information transmitted by users to their KINDER Pets is sent to OpenAI for processing, and is also retained on KINDER Messenger servers for safety purposes.

Parents can review and update their child's profile and contact list at any time.
Parents can request the deletion of their child's account and associated data by contacting us.
Parents can control their communication preferences and opt-out of certain notifications.
Parents can enable or disable location tracking for their children.
Parents can enable or disable the ability for their children to create KINDER Pets.

6. Children's Privacy

Our app is intended for use by parents and their children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 without parental consent. If you believe we have collected information from a child without consent, please contact us immediately.

In the case that a child registers on their own and is identified as a child based on their date of birth or any other attributes, their account is locked until a parent claims ownership of their account.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify parents of any significant changes via email or within the app. It is essential to review this Privacy Policy periodically to stay informed about our data practices.
